This document regulates the utilization of helicopters offered by Air Chateau Flight Operation LLC (AC), including its subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, and employees. FJET Havacılık ve Turizm LTD ŞTİ (FJET) is the exclusive authorized seller of these services on behalf of AC. AC provides helicopter tours and related services to individuals, companies, and groups within the United Arab Emirates. Prior to making a booking through FJET, all customers must read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions.

 

Upon receiving a booking request and payment confirmation from FJET, AC will verify the reservation and furnish customers with comprehensive tour details, including the date, time, and duration of the tour.

 

Customers are required to make full payment at the time of booking. Payments in cash or upon arrival are not permitted for bookings made online or through FJET.

 

Any discounts or promotional offers provided by AC through FJET are exclusively available to authorized individuals and are strictly non-transferable, non-saleable, and non-exchangeable with any other person or entity. The eligible party must present their original ID and voucher for validation.

 

For cancellations of bookings made with a discount or promotional offer, the reimbursement will be calculated based on the actual payment made after the discount is applied. The discounted portion of the payment is non-refundable.

 

Customers must provide accurate personal information, including identity, age, and any special requirements. They must adhere to the operator’s policies, including baggage restrictions, seatbelt usage, and any other rules set forth by AC. Customers are responsible for any damages caused to AC’s assets.

 

Customers with certain medical conditions, disabilities, or expectant mothers are advised not to participate in the tour. It is their responsibility to ensure that they are physically capable of flying and, if necessary, obtain confirmation from a medical practitioner.

 

Weight restrictions may apply to each helicopter based on seating configuration, and the pilot’s decision on boarding will be final. For safety reasons, the weight limit per passenger is 105 kg.

 

Children under the age of two are not permitted to fly. Children aged two and above must purchase a full ticket and are not allowed to sit on a lap. Passengers under 12 years old are not permitted to fly alone.

 

Customers will be informed of prohibited items before boarding the helicopter. AC’s ground personnel have the authority to restrict such items. AC provides locker facilities for safeguarding valuables.

 

Passengers must wear comfortable and appropriate attire.

 

All customers are automatically covered by AC’s insurance as part of the service.

 

Customers must arrive at the specified time in the confirmation document or at least 45 minutes before the scheduled flight time with a valid ID.

 

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours but over 24 hours before the scheduled departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled departure will be charged the full fare, with no refund.

Customers who do not show up for their scheduled flight without prior notice will be charged the full fare, and no refund will be granted unless otherwise agreed upon at AC’s sole discretion.

In case of delays or cancellations due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, AC will be responsible for rescheduling the tour or providing a refund. AC reserves the right to adjust or revise schedules based on air traffic control (ATC) delays, temporary flight restrictions (TFRs), or other external factors beyond its control.

 

AC and FJET retain the right to modify, delete, or revise these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any such changes will take effect upon their publication on AC or FJET’s website.

 

AC reserves the right to deny boarding to any customer found under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

 

Only mobile phone cameras and small digital cameras are permitted.

Filming and professional camera equipment are not allowed on board without prior approval from the relevant Dubai authorities.

AC may use photos or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes.

Photos and videos are not included in the tour package but may be purchased at the photo counter.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions through FJET, you acknowledge that you are entering into an agreement for services provided by Air Chateau Flight Operation LLC, and FJET acts solely as an authorized exclusive seller.
